ERGOMARE SA has also constructed building projects, completing the long portfolio of large and special technical projects.

In recent years ERGOMARE emphasises on rebuilding commercial properties with a focus on electromechanical and network infrastructure as well as in ordinary residential construction projects.

The following is an indicative list of building projects:

1. Rehabilitation Asylum Office Building in Piraeus, 2016
2. Reconstruction of administrative offices of the French Embassy (in collaboration with the company Idea Partners, 2011-12)
3. Reconstruction of the main building of the French Embassy and the French Ambassador Residence Vas. Sofias 7 Athens (in collaboration with the company Idea Partners, 2013-2014)
4. Reconstruction of Michelin SA Offices (in collaboration with the company Idea Partners, 2014)
5. Construction of a maisonettes complex on the island of Ithaca, 2016
6. Construction of a mesonettes complex in Vravrona Attica, 2016
